    šŸ„āœØ September Birthday Hikrodose! āœØšŸ„

This month’s Hikrodose lands on Sharon Yun’s 45th birthday! Come celebrate another trip around the sun with a little hiking, a little ceremony, a lot of laughter, and—naturally—some fun guys. šŸ„

Sharon feels it is especially magickal to mark 45 years of growing, transforming, and taking the path less traveled in one of her favorite ways: frolicking through the woods in heightened states of consciousness with good friends and high vibes. 🌿

🄾 We’ll hike part of the Cherokee Trail from the Nature Trail Parking Lot to Venable Lake and loop back, with a bathroom break and some shenanigans at the Children’s Playground.

Please stay after the hike for a picnic in the woods close to the Nature Trail parking lot.

    šŸš— HAVE A PARK PASS?
Meet at the Stone Mountain Nature Trail Parking Lot by 10:45 so we can all be there by 11.

šŸ„ NEED A RIDE INTO THE PARK?
    Meet at 10:30 AM at:
St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church
6780 James B Rivers Memorial Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30083

Park entry is $20/day or $40/year.

Come get a little wiser, and maybe a little weirder with us. šŸŒ€šŸ„šŸŒˆ

This experience weaves together mindful movement, somatic awareness, and gentle group connection while in a lightly altered, heart-open state.

Microdosing can support neuroplasticity, presence, creativity, and emotional clarity. Combined with time in nature and intentional embodiment practices, this experience becomes a powerful way to recalibrate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself and the Earth.

Please Note: Participants must bring their own microdose and are responsible for knowing their dosage. No sacraments will be provided. You are welcome to join whether you’re new to microdosing or more experienced. Please keep your doses under .5g. Some participants prefer the green sacrament, and some participants are naturally high on life. We trust that you know what works for your personal regimine.

    What to Expect:
🌿 Mindful walking & grounding practices
    🌿 Song Sharing
    🌿 Somatic check-ins & nature inquiry
🌿 Opportunities for inner reflection and group sharing
🌿 A gentle integration circle at the end

    What to Bring:

    • Your sacrament (taken before or at the start, your choice)
    • Small instruments!
    • Flow Toys
    • Water & a light snack
    • Journal & pen
    • Comfortable walking shoes & weather-appropriate clothing
    • An open heart
    • packable blanket
    • Picnic items and food if you plan to stay for a special Birthday picnic

Let the medicine of nature, movement, and subtle plant wisdom guide you back to yourself.

Please donate $15 in order to reserve your spot. This helps cover our costs for organizing this event. Venmo: $marisa-skolky. Please include your name and phone number with your donation.

Birthday Hikrodose Fundraiser: All money received for this event will go to help pay the vet bill for Marisa's beloved Maine Coon kitty Mango, who received a lifesaving emergency vet procedure recently, which ended up costing over $8,000. We are so glad Mango is still with us and giving his Mommy cuddles every day. Please give generously and spread the Mush Kitty Love!

Please message the organizers with your phone number for day of event communications. If temperatures reach below 45 degrees we will reschedule.

If you want extra support around your practice go to www.marisaskolky.com and book a discovery call with Marisa or attend her integration calls.

    Fall Equinox Birthday Extravaganza

4335 Bending River Trail Southwest, 4335 Bending River Trail SW, Lilburn, GA 30047, USA, Lilburn, GA, US

    Hi friends!

We’re gathering for a laid-back afternoon and evening in the Common Woods, with a loose schedule and plenty of room to simply enjoy being together.

This September gives us three wonderful reasons to celebrate: Sharon Yun’s 45th birthday on September 26, Ayden Yun’s 3rd birthday on September 18, and the Fall Equinox on September 22. So we’re bringing it all together into one joyful celebration of birthdays, community, nature, and the changing season. šŸ‚āœØ

    🌿 What to Expect
From 2–5pm, the gathering will be especially toddler- and kid-centered. We’ll be giving lots of attention to the little ones and creating opportunities for them to explore, play, and have fun together.
If you join us during this time, come ready to let your own inner child out! We’ll be running around the woods, blowing bubbles, making nature crafts, playing games, exploring, and following wherever the kids’ imaginations take us.

    šŸ² Potluck Throughout the Evening
We’ll have a relaxed potluck happening throughout the gathering, so bring something you’d enjoy sharing. There should be plenty to eat, sip, and snack on as the afternoon unfolds into evening.

    šŸ”„ As Evening Falls...
We’ll enjoy the Common Woods with a bonfire glowing into the night. For those who feel inspired, we’ll share circle songs, make music, jam together, and settle into meaningful and thought-provoking conversations as we get to know one another a little more deeply.

Bring an instrument, flow toys, a favorite game, or any other festive activity you’d enjoy participating in or sharing with the group.
Come for a little while or settle in for the evening. There’s no need to arrive at a particular moment—this is meant to be an easygoing celebration where kids and grown-ups alike can play, connect, eat, laugh, sing, and enjoy the woods together.

May we leave feeling a little more connected—to ourselves, to our fellow humans big and small, to the changing season, and to the living world around us. 🌿

Please RSVP through this Meetup or text Sharon at 415-439-3416.
We look forward to celebrating with you! šŸ‚šŸ”„šŸŽ¶

    Feminini-Tea
This is a group of Women who gather in sacred, safe, and intentional space for feminine embodiment through heart sharing and healing rituals. In this ceremony-circle, we flow through guided breath, movement, meditation, heart songs, and authentic communication. This monthly women’s circle creates opportunities to be seen, heard, and held exactly as we are, supporting one another’s growth into our most authentic and empowered selves. The highest intention of Feminini-tea is to uplift and honor women for the benefit of all. Come be with us in circle where the tea is flowing and the community is ever-growing!

We created a curated song book which we use during our gathering so that we are all able to sing circle songs together while playing shakers and drums. We also will have prayer rounds, movement practices, and explore different healing modalities together. We offer herbal teas such as blue lotus and rose and an edible altar during the ceremony.
By the end of each Feminini-Tea circle, women feel more embodied and more connected to one another and themselves. As a result, they can more fully show up as their whole selves in their daily lives.

    What to bring:
Please bring your beautiful self, a healthy hearty dish to share for the potluck after the circle, your voice and instruments, a journal, altar items, openness, and clothing appropriate for being outdoors.

    Gathering Space:
We will be gathering in a serene outdoor location by the Yellow River surrounded by the trees and birds. More information about the location is sent after you register. We prefer to meet around a fire when the temperature is right. If it is under 50 degrees, over 80 degrees, or raining, we'll meet indoors. More information will be sent to your email when you register.

    Flow of the Event:
We begin at the house enjoying fruit and h'or deourves and dropping in with each other. Together we will bring all items needed for the circle from the house down to the river. We will create a fire together and set up the altar. The ceremony portion is about two hours with time after to enjoy more connection and conversation over a potluck meal.
You are welcome to stay longer to continue to connect with the ladies and take a dip in the river if the weather allows. It's a very flowy circle, and your hostess loves to entertain, so allow yourself time to linger if you enjoy socializing.

    Exchange:
Feminini-tea is a love offering for our communitea, as every woman's presence is a gift that adds to the potency and depth of our work together. We do limit participation to 10 women to cultivate intimacy and consistency, which is why we have moved to a ticketing system. We have four different ticket types to give you an opportunity to contribute to the financial needs of this organization, which includes tea, food, songbooks, facilitator training, time spent preparing for and promoting this gathering, and maintaining our outdoor gathering space.

*If you sign up to volunteer, that is considered your "participant" ticket. Just reserve one volunteer ticket and your spot for the circle will automatically be saved*

*Please only reserve a spot if you are in full intention of joining us in person for the stated date and time*

If you sign up and are unable to make it, please give us a call or text at (415)-439-3416. We limit this circle to 10 spots. Thank you for helping us maintain the integrity of the circle by committing to participate ahead of time.

We encourage this community to stay connected outside of our monthly gathering as we build each other up through meaningful relationships and a resourceful support network.

We have a WhatsApp group that you may join after attending.
