Looking to get outside, meet new people, and explore the best trails and waterways in the Hamilton and Niagara region? This group is for young adults who enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, and hiking, whether you're a seasoned adventurer or just getting started.
Our outings are all about staying active, discovering hidden gems, and building a welcoming community of outdoor enthusiasts. Expect everything from relaxed sunset paddles to scenic waterfall hikes, with occasional social meetups afterward.

Join us for a summer adventure as we explore one of Niagara's most scenic conservation areas! We'll be hiking all three of Ball's Falls' beautiful trailsβthe Cataract Trail, Switchback Trail, and Forest Frolic Trailβat a relaxed, social pace.
Along the way, we'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Upper and Lower Ball's Falls, wander through lush Carolinian forest, follow the picturesque Twenty Mile Creek, and pass the historic 19th-century heritage village. This is an easy-to-moderate hike with a few uneven and rocky sections near the waterfalls.π Meeting Location

- Trail: We'll complete all three trails - the Cataract Trail, Switchback Trail, and Forest Frolic Trail
