I'll be standing at the side door of the County building at 7:15 with a Harford Community Meetup sign to greet you. Please know that you will need to go through security (it's painless) before entering the council chamber. Also, Harford TV will be there filming the councilors. There are plenty of comfortable seats and the meeting is usually about an hour long.
