Heal One World offers Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Raw Food and Health Coaching. Looking to learn or expand your practice, interested in reducing and managing stress or gaining control of your health, meet up with us at our studio. In a very zen, inclusive and beginner to advanced friendly environment. We honor veterans with free classes. Our classes are DONATION based.

Learn Tai Chi with Skye with 7 essential movements. Putting together movement, breath and focus. Tai Chi can improve your over all wellbeing as well as coordination, balance and concentration. Considered by some to be a moving meditation, this is open to beginners and those who practice regularly.
Skye Kelly founded the non profit organization Heal One World in 2009 after her own experiences with disability and the relief she found from non-invasive therapies. She has studied Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Zero Balancing, Process Acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, Reiki and Somato Emotional Release. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She teaches Tai Chi and Yoga and self care at various senior homes and youth programs as well as self care. Skye founded the Awareness Film Festival in 2010 and the festival has grown to 11 days of conscious films as well as art and music in Los Angeles, California. She holds a Master's Degree with further studies in Organization Development at UCLA.

Class description: In this class, you will do gentle breath-based practices that measurably reduce stress and anxiety levels, reconnect you to your heart and help you feel more in control. First we’ll check what your stress levels are and I’ll talk briefly about how to build resilience. We usually start class by physically shaking off excess energy. Then we’ll dip into a flow of short guided breath work sessions and end with a brief meditation. Before we close, we’ll take another peak at how your stress levels have likely changed.
To really benefit, it’s ideal to be in a quiet environment with no phones or distractions! This work is trauma-sensitive and evidence-based.
Teacher Bio: Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, energy healer and healthcare writer for UCI Health, an academic medical center. Additional training: coursework at The Drama Therapy Institute of Los Angeles; continuing education courses at the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine.
Jacqueline offers stress relief tools, helps people release stuck emotions and reconnect with their unique gifts. Some of her clients have already done a lot of work on themselves — therapy, yoga, meditation, personal development — but feel like something is still unexpressed. ***After you RSVP, return to this event page to view the Zoom link for the class.***Teacher Bio: I am a registered 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and I completed my 200-hour in-person yoga teacher training at the University of Utah, and 300-hour online training with Vinyasa Yoga Academy/World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. I currently teach gentle flow, and vinyasa style, but I have also previously taught chair yoga. I first started practicing in 2015 with curiosity and to better cope with stress during my freshman year in college. Based on my personal experience, I learned how yoga and mindfulness play a huge role in feeling grounded and anchored in my life. Yoga has helped me navigate through my life as I found a way to cope with uncertainty and anxiety. All levels are welcome to join my classes, and I hope to see you on the mat!
