What we’re about
"Building Community one friend at a time" is our motto, but what is Community? There are so many definitions: people that live in the same area, people that share common interests or pastimes, people helping neighbors, people supporting local businesses, people sharing a sense of civic pride. Hendo Fun Friends (HFF) is all that, and more!
Our group announces many and varied events to cater to most anyone's interests, always welcoming new ideas and venues - especially when you volunteer to Host the event! The one thing most all of our events have in common is that they are held in the Hendersonville area. Our group is all-inclusive: we are single, married and widowed... rich and poor... working and retired... native born, transplants, and immigrants... residents and visitors... followers of various philosophies and religions... we differ politically... we might identify sexually, racially, and ethnically different than you. So yes, our HFF community is a large and diverse group and you will meet many that are different from you - but that is a good thing, not a scary one! It's time to have Fun and make new Friends - especially if you are a newcomer to Hendersonville! Together let's enjoy the local area - who knows, you may soon put a name to that "stranger" you've seen all over town!
We announce MANY events, which means you will receive MANY emails to announce our various events. You can always change your email settings to customize how many notifications you receive. (Profile\settings\email updates)
"Bienvenido a Hendersonville Divertidos Amigos!"
Remember to support our Sponsors and local venues by purchasing beverage or food at events - and the hard-working wait staff would welcome tips. And if the spirit moves you, show our local musicians that Hendo Fun Friends appreciates their talent - via the Tip Jar!

Rules of the trail:
Do not move or rearrange fairy displays. The fairies are very fond of their own decorating.
Do not leave trash on the trail. Fairies do not like litter in their town.
