Hike With Us is a passionate group of hikers who love people, love life, love the outdoors and love to seek, find, explore and share new trails!

We hike moderate to difficult trails in and around Colorado Springs.

Periodically we will hike easier trails and explore outside of the county and even other states (14ers, national parks and more), backpacking, snowshoeing, overnight adventures and some social gatherings.

This easy/ moderate 5ish mile trail that has about 500 ft elevation gain and features nice views.

The Grand Canyon & Sedona Weekend

4 Day Hiking Trip To Glorious Grand Canyon - $795 *(may change slightly based on hotel price, the number of hikers and 1 night in Phoenix etc.

***LEAVING on Thurs May 14th in the morning and RETURNING on Mon 11th at night.

***MEET at 9 am in Phoenix Airport at car rental - at the car rental counter (TBD). The van leaves at 11 am, don't be late! URGENT: Limited space and lots of coordination required. - To be confirmed you must sign up and make the $100 deposit by the Feb 15. Please call or text for deposit details and any other questions!

COST: $795 INCLUDED: -Hotel in Phoenix -Hotel in Sedona -Vehicle Rental in Phoenix -Gas to/ from Sedona -Park Entry Fee - Light snack - Refreshments - Laughter and Fun

HIKE:

*Grand Canyon - 12.5 miles round trip and about 3, 200 ft elevation gain to Plateau Point via Bright Angel Trail https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/plateau-point-trail-via-bright-angel-trail
- Sedona - multiple hikes like Cathedral Rock, Secret Slick Rock, Fay Canyon, Marg's Draw, and Airport Mesa, West Firk Trail and Slide Rock as well as a trail in antelope canyon and visit horseshoe bend
***NEEDED: Bring ID, credit card, and $cash. Also, food (granola bars, fruit bars, juice box, mixed fruit, apple sauce etc), water, electrolytes, carbs, protein, poles, spikes, layered clothes, jacket, boots, socks, hat, gloves, tent (will share), hand warmers, sleeping bag, toothbrush, wipes, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, sunscreen, medication, whistle, phone charger, flashlight, batteries, poncho/ rain, first-aid kit, and mace. Additional details will be provided to confirmed hikers only.

To confirm, sign up AND pay the deposit by Feb 15.

Deposit: $100 by Feb 15. Paid in full by Mar 30.

Sentinel Point via Horsethief Falls

Meet at Safeway (3275 W. Colorado Ave) in the parking lot and carpool to the trailhead.

This is a strenuous 8 miles out and back hike that has about 2,800 ft elevation gain and features a creek, mini waterfall, cool rocks, and incredible views.

*** Trail conditions: Dirt trail with a very rocky section and boulders. Expect intermittent cell service on the trail. Expect it to be windy at the summit.

Canceled. Friday Night Lights From The Incline

Hiawatha Gardens, 10 Old Man Trail, manitou, CO, US
***MEET in front of the bus stop at Hiawatha Gardens 5:30pm, catch the shuttle to the trailhead. Paid parking at Hiawatha Gardens in effect until 6pm. A free half hour parking option exists at the pay kiosks.

Parking may be available at Iron Springs Chateau, if no show is playing. You may be charged $15 to park at the Iron Springs Chateau. The Hiawatha Gardens parking lot and the Iron Springs Chateau are the only lawful incline parking options as posted by city signage. Parking elsewhere is at your own risk.

Meet at the trailhead by 6pm. //// Hike begins promptly at 6pm //// Shuttle back to Hiawatha if shuttle available. Walk back alternative.

This challenging loop is about 4+ miles and has about 2000 ft elevation gain and features great views.
