HIKERS FOR HIM WILL CLOSE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026. As I announced in a group message a few weeks ago, as I approach my 80th birthday, I've determined that I can no longer hike all of the trails that we have hiked in the past. If you would like to download photos or communicate with members via Meetup.com, please accomplish that before July 1. God Bless You all as you continue your Hike With Him.

We are a group of Christian hikers who hike the trails of Shenandoah National Park and local parks one Saturday a month, as well as occasional mid-week hikes. All are welcome to join us, regardless of faith, gender, race, or age (although most hikes will not be suitable for children under 12 years of age). Normally, our hikes are approximately 5 miles long and rarely strenuous. Each hike includes a short (less than 10 minutes) devotional and prayer at a scenic spot along the trail.
