Huntington Beach Volleyball - Coed Intermediate 4v4

This group is for coed beach volleyball players who desire fun 4v4 on the sand in Huntington Beach (HB). Strong intermediate and advanced players only. No beginners or low intermediates, please!

LEVEL OF PLAY?
Our players must consistently return serves, pass to the setter, set for hitters, and keep rallies going with only 3-4 players on a team.

We also expect players to have a firm understanding and adherence to our simplified beach volleyball rules and expectations (e.g. setter gets second ball or yells "help!", no open-hand sets over the net nor open hand receives, dinks, throws, carries, etc.).

WHO ARE WE?
Our #1 goal is to play solid volleyball, have fun and meet new, friendly people!
- We play mostly 4s. That is our priority.
- We play some 3s, depending on the number of available players.
- We play some 2s, but only if we have enough nets and no stranded players.
- We smile, laugh, and encourage with a beach party vibe and happy music! 
- We are not intensely competitive, focused solely on winning.  
- We desire, and expect, strong fundamental play!
