Lively and energetic, Dancing Scottish is the most fun you can have standing up; fantastic exercise, glorious music and great fun. It's almost impossible to do this without having a smile on your face.

If you're new to this, you're welcome to be with us up to and including the tea break, and you will get to do five or so simpler dances with us. Those with more experience then dance for another hour or so after the break.

For each dance you'll be partnered with someone with more experience.
Wear the softest-soled shoes you have, and the first night that you dance with us is free of charge and £4 thereafter.

A barnstorming night of dance and laughter with live music from Sussex's own Unreel Ceilidh Band. Simple Scottish country dances that will get your feet tapping and your body moving. The band's caller will ensure that the dances are learnt quickly so that the maximum amount of time will be spent enjoying yourself.
