EUPHORIA - will be for smaller groups (6 or fewer), incl some Prepaid Events
FOODGASM - will be for larger groups (7 or more)
AGAPE - will be for faith/charity fundraisers
@i8NYC presents: EUPHORIA is our newest dining group where we meticulously curate harder to book reservations with no more than 8 members per dinner, plus Exclusive Perks and Discounts, VIP Events for Loyal Members! Some places do not allow for larger groups so these dinners will be smaller in scale which means your attendance counts that much more! Warning: OUR DINNERS FILL UP FAST!!! Carnitas/Taqueria Ramirez always shines bright at NYCWFF! Experience a collision of culinary worlds where New York street food culture meets underground fine dining, as Mexican chef Giovanni Cervantes of Carnitas Ramirez and chef Aaron Chang of the Michelin-starred Nōksu (representing South Korea) face off in the kitchen.
Nōksu is the sleek tasting counter hidden inside NYC’s Herald Square subway station whose pristine, modern Korean menus have been celebrated by Eater, The Infatuation, and The New York Times. For this special partnership, chef Chang brings his refined technique to meet chef Cervantes, the 2026 James Beard Award nominee® for Best Chef: New York State behind beloved East Village taco temple Carnitas Ramirez. Moving away from the meat-centric dishes that put him on the map, Cervantes will showcase an exclusive first look at his team's highly anticipated, seafood-forward concept debuting in the West Village this year.
