What happens when three good friends from all over Thailand open up a restaurant? You get Soothr, or a dizzying taste of regional specialties not often seen before. Look no further than the koong karee, a dish pulled from Bangkokโs Chinatown thatโs already a cult favorite in the making. Trust us: This is one to add to the cityโs pantheon of great Thai dining.
