Start your weekend off with Deep Rest: Restorative Yoga! This class will provide the rest and relaxation you need to feel your best! This class doubles your wellness and fun! It can be paired together with any of our healing experiences providing a one of a kind combination that can't be beat!

Yoga mats and materials are all provided.

A restorative, meditative experience that nurtures body and mind by reducing stress and easing energetic blocks. This offering is held in a safe, welcoming space where participants can feel a true sense of belonging, allowing them to journey inward with ease. Here, you’re invited to release what no longer serves you, reflect on what arises, and connect deeply with your own inner landscape.

Our sound healing practitioners use a variety of instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to produce sound waves that support the body’s innate ability to heal. Our sound healings are unique in that they also incorporate ancient instrumentation, such as didgeridoos and flutes, played over custom brain-entrainment audio tracks specially designed to guide you into delta brain wave states—the realm of deep rest and restoration.

Participants are provided with yoga mats (or chairs if they prefer), bolsters, blankets, and eye coverings so they can sit or lie comfortably, fully supported in receiving these restorative sound frequencies.

Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and find greater inner peace. Inspired by the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono, this immersive sound meditation gently weaves together the four healing phrases—I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you—with a soothing musical journey and calming brain-entrainment sounds.

This experience invites you inward. As you relax into the music and meditation, you'll be guided through a quiet process of reflection, forgiveness, gratitude, and self-compassion. Following the sound journey, participants will have time for personal journaling to capture insights and deepen their experience. Those who wish are invited to share their experience in a supportive closing circle, offering a space for connection, reflection, and gentle integration. No prior meditation experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow the sound to support your own unique journey of healing, renewal, and self-discovery.
