About us

Let's read thought provoking books and have heated discussions over heated beverages (or cold, up to you).

We'll meet every 2 weeks, Saturdays at 10am at local spots in the Rockwall/Heath/Forney area. We'll discuss books that challenge us to think about human nature, resilience, and Western civilization. You can expect books like Camp of the Saints, Flowers for Algernon, The Life and Adventures of Nat Love, Great Expectations, A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, & more. Maybe you will make great friends in this group, or maybe you will instead meet your literary nemesis. Only those who show up will ever know!

All viewpoints are welcome as long as we stay respectful and grounded in the text. New members always encouraged, just come ready to discuss the week's reading.
