Come one, come all! Calling all current and aspiring real estate investors! My name is Chris Myers and I am a local family man first, and real estate investor second. I have been investing in real estate for almost 13 years and would like to start giving back to the community and sharing my knowledge! I own my own construction company, I am a licensed agent and I have personally managed over 100 flips and a handful of new construction builds. We have done the most simple flips to tearing off roofs and adding stories to a home and raising up the whole home to create full height basements! We have done it all when it comes to major rehabs! Come hang out with some local investors, grab some breakfast and bring your questions...I want this to be a casual meetup with no agenda, just hang out, meet people, get advice, give advice and actually build relationships!
