Inviting all Women.... have you been looking for a particular ladies group? Maybe you are an empty nester or are a newly single women? Are looking for NEW friends? Are you ready to enjoy the next chapter in your life with fun, excitement & many adventures with this ladies group? Are you not sure about getting the courage to take the next step in your life to start meeting new people and make new friends? Maybe you're new to this area or just transferred from a job here? Whatever your story, you have found us! We are an established "No Drama Zone" ladies group calling "Ladies Just Want to Have Fun"! We are going on 9 years & excitedly still counting! Here are some of our events to mention, Pool-table billiard night, Playing fun crazy "Bunco" nights, Brunches & gift exchange, Music in the Park, Beach bike riding, Horse track racing at Del Mar, Halloween costume Party, Art & Wine drinking, Pickleballing & much much more! NO SHOW POLICY:
Members who RSVP "Yes" for an event need to change their RSVP to "No" if their plans change and they cannot attend the event as soon as possible. Many on the waitlist want to join our events. Cancellations within 24 hours with out reaching out are considered a "NO SHOW" Please be respectful to our group.
If a member has 3 no shows, a member will be removed from the group.
Please RSVP with the intention of attending. Excessive cancelling is grounds for removal. Some upcoming events require exact counts at least 48 hours prior to the event and the penalty for falling short of this will cost the Organizers an out of pocket expense for no shows from the venue we have reserved space for.

Segerstrom Center 40th Anniversary Celebration
segerstrom center for the arts, 200 town center dr., Costa Mesa, CA, USWe will meet in front of Claim Jumper at South Coast Plaza at 2:15. If you want to have lunch beforehand at Claim Jumper, sign up for the separate lunch event at 1:00. Claim Jumper is located near the pedestrian bridge that goes over Bristol street (near Bristol/Anton Blvd.). We'll walk over the bridge to Segerstrom Center.

Costa Mesa, CA 92626Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring some bottled water (no glass containers). We can also bring lawn chairs to set up outside so we have seats outside. If you plan to stay for the evening concert, I would bring a lawn chair.

## Segerstrom Center is having a party!
Celebrate Segerstrom Center's 40th Anniversary with a free day of live performances, interactive activities, backstage access and a spectacular 1980s-themed birthday bash in Costa Mesa.
Can you believe it’s been 40 years since the Orange County Performing Arts Center had its grand opening in September 1986?We're celebrating how far the Center has come with a free public party on Sunday, September 13. From 2–6 pm, we’re opening our doors so you can see how the magic happens.
There will be activities for all ages inside all our venues and out on the plaza. Guests will be able to move freely throughout the campus as every venue comes alive with performances and interactive activities. Docents will be on hand for mini tours of campus artwork and backstage areas.
This event will feature the Mater Dei High School band kicking it all off, performances by Orange County School of the Arts ensembles, artmaking and creative activities at the UC Irvine Langson Orange County Museum of Art, and other fun activities throughout the campus.
In the concert hall, Pacific Symphony and Philharmonic Society of Orange County youth ensembles will perform, and attendees will have the chance to try out different instruments at the Philharmonic Society’s instrument petting zoo. World-renowned organist David Ball will also be on hand to bring our singular William J. Gillespie pipe organ to life, along with the Christ Cathedral Organ Scholars.
Over at the Judy Morr Theater, the talented students of the Center’s American Ballet Theatre William J. Gillespie School will share drop-in classes, performances and demonstrations, while Samueli Theater will feature Studio D: Arts for All Abilities with showcases and drop-in classes. The Samueli Theater lobby will also be set up as a sensory-friendly retreat.Outside on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza there will be performances throughout the afternoon by Mariachi Orgullo de UCI, alternating with dance lessons and Pacific Chorale’s Big Sing, inviting everyone to raise their voices together.
The fun doesn’t stop there!
In the evening from 6–8 pm, we’re having a 1980s-themed birthday bash. Hosted by ABC Eyewitness News anchor David Ono, the evening will feature special anniversary moments celebrating the Center’s legacy, a high-energy performance by The M-80s, and conclude with a spectacular drone show lighting up the Orange County sky.

Ghost & Legends Tour - Los Rios Street
Historical Society, 31831 Los Rios St, San Juan Capistrano, CA, USCome and visit San Juan Capistrano and participate in the SJC Historical Society’s annual Ghosts & Legends event. Enjoy a tour of the historical Los Rios District - California's oldest residential neighborhood.
You will stroll under the canopy of century-old pepper trees, listening to actors and storytellers share chilling, localized tales of restless spirits and folklore. The lineup of ghostly figures will include local legends like Judge Egan, Madam Modjeska, Modesta Avila, Joaquin Murietta, The Lady in White, and La Llorona.

This event sells out every year so get your tickets early.We will plan to meet around 5:00 for happy hour/dinner nearby before our tour. Stay tuned for further details.
Both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the event, with proceeds benefiting the SJC Historical Society.
Parking options:
There is a nearby parking structure at 26701 Verdugo Street, San Juan Capistrano (Verdugo & Camino Capistrano) with $2/hour parking. The SJC Historical Society is just across the train tracks from the parking structure.
