Get Up, Get Out, Get Movin'! This group is to connect La Mesa residents through fun activities and events hosted by the City of La Mesa. Join us for group walks, recreational classes, concerts, swim opportunities, movies in the park, community events and more. This group is for all ages and abilities.

La Mesita Park, 8855 Dallas St., La Mesa, CA, USJoin for a walk around La Mesa each Wednesday morning with the La Mesa Walks! program.
This walk is rated Easy.
Please wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes and a bring bottle of water for hydration.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in. Walks begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Rain will cancel walks. Restrooms located at all start/end points.
