Recovery’s Remedy: Exploring Psychedelics, Addiction & Recovery

3 Claridge Drive, 3 Claridge Dr, Verona, NJ 07044, USA, Verona, NJ, US

What happens when psychedelics and recovery intersect?

Join Journey Together, the New Jersey Psychedelic Therapy Association, and Recovery’s Remedy for an open, harm reduction-oriented conversation exploring the evolving relationship between psychedelics, addiction, and recovery.

****RSVP HERE. YOU MUST RSVP TO ATTEND. ****

Together, we’ll explore the potential benefits and risks of psychedelics within recovery, what it means to be in right relationship with these substances, and why collective wisdom and community matter when navigating experiences that don’t always fit neatly into traditional models of sobriety.

We’ll also broaden the conversation around what addiction and recovery can look like—making space for different pathways, lived experiences, and perspectives rather than assuming there is one right way to heal.
This is a space for curiosity, honest questions, nuanced conversation, and connection.

Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone who is, working in the psychedelic or healing space, or simply curious about the intersection of psychedelics and addiction, you’re welcome to join the conversation.

Come curious. Leave with a wider perspective.

This gathering is educational and exploratory rather than prescriptive. We do not encourage or discourage psychedelic use. All recovery pathways and levels of experience are welcome.

    What to expect:

    7:00pm - Social connection & networking
    7:30pm - Speaker Series with Q/A afterward
    8:15pm - Social connection & networking

    About Journey Together

Journey Together is a community rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and transformation happen most powerfully in connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with something greater than us.
We exist to bring like-minded individuals together who are interested in psychedelics, healing, personal growth, and expanded awareness. We aim to create spaces that are not only insightful, but also grounded, safe, and relational—where people can explore both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of their lives.
