Start off by 30 min of meditation/healing or grounding of some kind then a chat after. Support and meet up to make friends for autistic and highly sensitive people or just sensitive people. Safe calm space where we can sit and chat about life and how it feels being in this world for us! If you feel shy in the world and find it hard to be you, come and have a chat or even just listen!
