What we’re about
We are mostly Singles 20s - 60s looking for new friends for walks, coffee, pub lunches, chats, days out, camping trips, and other outdoor activities in and around Lincolnshire.
We try and offer various walks and outdoor activities for all abilities to promote positive physical and mental wellbeing. Subs are £1 payable to the host for each event attended, which goes towards the costs for running the group page and planning future events. Any excess is used to buy raffle prizes for a quarterly prize draw or donated to a charity supported by the host who is transparent with this.
Members should have a recent face picture on their profile so that we can identify them if they are new to the group.

A Woodhall Wander- an 8 mile circular route
Dambusters Memorial, Station Rd, Woodhall Spa LN10 6QL, Woodhall Spa, GBJoin me for an 8 mile wander around the popular village of Woodhall Spa and surrounding countryside. This is a different walk than the one we did earlier this year.
I have a choice of 2 routes - one more rural than the other - and the actual route will be advised closer to the date dependant on the weather and path conditions. Both routes start from the centre of Woodhall and are dog friendly.
The village is set amongst mature woodland. Woodhall’s history stretches back to Victorian times, when thousands came to take advantage of the waters. The Cottage Museum features numerous old photographs and memorabilia. The Kinema, next to the Spa building, is a unique experience and even offers “half time” entertainment on an original Compton organ.
Jubilee Park offers tennis courts, a bowling green, and open air swimming pool complex, and golf continues to be one of the major attractions with the famous Hotchkin course being consistently ranked in the top 50 courses in the world.
I have booked a table for lunch at Food & Drink | Kings Arms, Martin Dales just outside Woodhall. Food is excellent value (ask Nigel!). Home cooked Sunday Lunch, offering a choice of meats and fresh locally sourced vegetables. A choice of hot and cold starters and desserts are also available.
