Everyone is welcome, regardless of where you're based.

Love books and a relaxed atmosphere? Join us for laid-back gatherings where everyone brings their own book and enjoys some quiet reading time together. There’s no assigned reading, no pressure to socialize, and no obligation to finish your book.

Meetup Guidelines

1. Be respectful and considerate of others and their personal boundaries.
2. Our hosts are here to help create a welcoming environment. If any issues arise during an event, please speak to them. For more serious concerns, you can also contact the main organiser, Si Ning.

Scam Warning
Scammers have impersonated Silent Book Club and contacted independent authors requesting payment in exchange for being featured on our platform. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from a chapter organiser or the Silent Book Club team, please forward it to hello@silentbook.club.
