About us
"What if aging well was a skill you could actively practice, together?"
Welcome to the Longevity Zurich Community!
Longevity is often misunderstood. It's not about becoming immortal. Instead, we strive for a long life with a high quality of life, free from age-related limitations. And that's easier when you're not doing it alone.
The Longevity Zurich Community is on a mission to make longevity accessible, open, and human. We believe that the science of living better shouldn't stay locked in labs — it belongs in the hands of everyday people.
What we do:
- We organize free events where like-minded people connect, share experiences, and learn from each other
- We bridge the gap between experts and the community, bringing cutting-edge longevity science into real, honest conversations
Our events are designed to be social, educational, and fun. Think: mountain walks, outdoor workouts in Switzerland, panel discussions with longevity researchers and physicians, cold plunge sessions, breathwork meetups, and smaller roundtable discussions on topics like nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
No gatekeeping. Just a community that believes longevity should be approachable, enjoyable, and open to everyone.
Who is this group for?
- For everyone who wants to sustainably improve their health and well-being.
- For those interested in staying up-to-date on products, habits, and nutrition in the field of longevity.
- For those who want to benefit from the experiences and insights of others.
Who's behind this group?
Longevity Zurich is part of a growing international longevity community with active chapters across Germany, San Francisco, and Miami. We're always looking for passionate people who want to help shape events, bring ideas, and grow this movement locally.
