We will apply the techniques presented by Milap Singh at FirstFriday, to avoid the "Founders Trap" 3. **We network through a common project: am@rte,** networking platform for Entrepreneurs, that helps us connect and retrieve the full potential of this diverse network. **2nd AI-Community-Brain**. How can we generate and retrieve content from the input given by the community at our events? **Connecting** our **participants** with the right people? **Automatize** the process of creating **our monthly events**? **Veranstaltungsort:** Café Amelie Pappelallee 11 10437 Berlin Nächste **U-Bahn-Station**: U2 Eberswalder Straße (4 Gehminuten) **Start:** 09:10 Uhr **Einlass:** ab 09:00 Uhr Liebe Berliner Unternehmer, wir treffen uns wieder am 23.07. im Café Amelie im Prenzlauer Berg. Wie auf dem Bild bereits ersichtlich "streckt" sich das Café, was uns eine besonders geeignete Basis für intensiven Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus gibt es hervorragenden Kaffee sowie Gebäck- und Kuchen-Spezialitäten, vielleicht sogar in einem besonderen Combo-Deal für BNB-Teilnehmer. ;-) Vor Ort gibt es wie gewohnt frische Geschäftskontakte, neue Denkansätze und interessante Kooperationsmöglichkeiten. Wir stoßen dies durch eine moderierte Kontaktrunde an, in der sich jeder Teilnehmer kurz vorstellen (ca. 1 Minute) und anschließend intensiven Austausch mit den anderen Teilnehmern betreiben kann. Bringt bitte nach Möglichkeiten **Visitenkarten** mit, da diese uns das Netzwerken erleichtern. Zu Beginn der Veranstaltung gibt es dazu einen kurzen Impulsvortrag, diesmal mit dem Thema: „Du bist der Flaschenhals deines Unternehmens“. In ihrem Impuls zeigt uns Franziska Schmidt an einem typischen Alltagsbeispiel, warum Themen im Betrieb hängen bleiben, obwohl fachlich eigentlich alles läuft und was Verantwortung, Entscheidungsräume und Abläufe damit zu tun haben. Über die Referentin: Franziska Schmidt ist externe COO für kleine Unternehmen. Mit dem Blick von außen bringt sie Klarheit in Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Abläufe. \-\-\- Alle Gründer/StartUps, Freiberufler und Unternehmer/Unternehmensvertreter sind willkommen beim Business MeetUp im Café Amelie im Prenzlauer Berg. This **coworking and networking** meetup is for neurodivergent people to get our tasks/projects/work done and to connect with other neurodivergent, whether for focus work or just finding someone who understands what you’re working on. **PLEASE READ THE EVENT DESCRIPTION BELOW:** So we can be self-accountable for our own comfort. **Location:** Werkräume inside Humboldt Forum https://maps.app.goo.gl/Jw5totHbQadfsJsE8 The **exact area** of Werkräume where we cowork will be updated in the **pinned comment on the event page**, as it is a public space and we cannot reserve a specific spot. **How to find Werkräume:** * **If you are starting from the Front Desk:** Find the large escalator on your RIGHT behind the front desk. Go up to the 1st floor (one level above ground floor). * **If you are starting from the Humboldt Bistro:** go to the main building (the other building). Find the escalator on your LEFT and go up to the 1st floor (one level above ground floor). * **Final Destination:** On the 1st floor, look for the Werkräume sign. * **NOTE:** ask the staffs where the Werkräume is instead of the neurodivergent co-working. **What to expect:** * We usually use **[Pomodoro method](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique).** **When you are late** and the session has started, just take a seat and start working until break time. * However, **feel free to work with how you are most comfortable with.** What's important is, we all become accountability buddies. ✨ **Notes:** 1. **This a public place so bring your sensory management tools (earphone, stim toys, etc).** We can´t control the environment if there are other groups having their activities. 2. **The Werkräume can't be reserved** so we will all help each other by occupying the seats. 3. The place has wifi, locker and toilet. 4. The space has power plugs, but only in specific areas. Please ensure your devices are charged before coming. 5. **Food & drink:** there is a Bistro but pricey. Feel free to bring your own. **IMPORTANT:** No eating in the Werkräume. Use the public visitor seating instead. 6. **Bring a coin for the locker.** Security may ask you to store bags in the lockers outside the Werkräume. 7. **PLEASE EDIT YOUR RSVP if you can't come.** This helps us better manage the coworking session. There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware. **Weiter geht es mit dem Erfolgsnetzwerk** Wie angekündigt, geht es im 14-tägigen Rhythmus weiter. **Ablauf:** ***Bist du zum ersten Mal dabei?*** Dann sind wir gespannt, in der ersten Runde von deinem Projekt oder Vorhaben sowie deinem Hintergrund zu erfahren. Auch mögliche Hindernisse dürfen genannt werden. ***Teilnehmende, die schon einmal dabei waren,*** berichten von ihren Erfolgen und auch den Schwierigkeiten, die sie seit unserer letzten Zusammenkunft erlebt haben. Im Anschluss sprechen wir in der Gruppe über jedes einzelne Projekt, stellen Fragen und geben Feedback. ***Die dritte Runde gilt dem nächsten Schritt:*** Ihr überlegt euch konkret, was ihr bis zum nächsten Treffen erledigen wollt, um eurem Ziel ein Stückchen näher zu kommen.
