La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números. Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas. ### **Pausa** No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín. ### **Fin de rondas** Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final. ### **Rellenar la hoja** Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver. Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar. ### **Resultados** El **martes por la mañana**, el organizador enviará los **matches mutuos** de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo, por favor revisar la bandeja de SPAM. Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona. *** # **Normas importantes** * Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**. Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera. * Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**. * Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**. En caso contrario, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha. * Debes respetar el código de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización se reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté incumpliendo las normas. Si algún participante detecta algún comportamiento sospechoso de otro, por favor, que informe en seguida a alguno de los organizadores. *** ## **Para mayores de 24 años:** Al apuntarte al evento aceptas aparecer en fotos que podrían publicarse. Si no quieres aparecer, por favor, contáctanos. Exención de responsabilidad Al asistir a este evento, los participantes reconocen que lo hacen de forma voluntaria y bajo su propia responsabilidad. Los organizadores, anfitriones y el establecimiento no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier lesión, pérdida, daño, robo u otro incidente que pueda ocurrir antes, durante o después del evento. Cada participante es responsable de su propia seguridad, pertenencias y comportamiento. Al participar en el evento, los asistentes aceptan eximir y mantener indemnes a los organizadores, anfitriones y al establecimiento frente a cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad o gasto derivado de su participación en el evento.
