What we’re about
This meetup is for anyone who likes playing board games or card games. Any type of games. Strategy, cooperative, active, classic, teams or individuals.
Do you like games but have nobody really to play with? Join us! We will get together in game stores and people's houses and just have game nights together. Whether you are single or couples, you are welcome.
Looking for members willing to host game nights as well as attend. If you are looking for new friends who have the same interests as you, join us!
Code of Conduct
- Gamers come from all walks of life and lifestyles. We expect everyone to treat others with respect and understanding. This group is all about creating a welcoming environment. Discrimination, bullying, offensive images, violence, threatening behavior and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
- Clean up after yourself and keep any gaming space clean for all.
- Destroy the stereotype of gamers being part of the unwashed masses.
- Food and beverages are typically allowed but please check with whoever's games is being played that they're okay with either food or beverages around their game. BE SURE YOU THROW YOUR GARBAGE AWAY! We've been leaving way too much trash lately at Noble Knight and store employees are not your maids, so please don't treat them like that!
- Noble Knight events typically end at 10pm. Please be out of the store BEFORE 10pm (or store close time). Make sure you end your game at least 15 minutes before store closing so you have plenty of time to clean up, pack up, and get out of there.
- At Noble Knight - clear off tables of the games you brought that aren't being played. There's almost always a big metal shelf NK leaves for us to put our game. Hang up your coats and don't just leave them on gaming tables. There's a coat rack in the back by the tall tables. Don't waste table space!
- At Noble Knight - clear the aisles whether in the gaming area or in the store front. Find somewhere else to stand if you're having a conversation with someone that's not in the way.
- Specifically for the Blood on the Clocktower gamers; be respectful when you’re doing whispers in either the store front or the gaming area. Staff and customers are often confused or annoyed when we're in the middle of the game in the storefront. Don't be running around or too loud or acting a fool.
- Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. All posts should be relevant to this group.
- Avoid last minute cancellations and no shows to events where there's a wait list (typically non-game store events).

Vampire: the Eternal Struggle (VTES for short) is a multi-player collectable card game, based on the award-winning Vampire: the Masquerade / World of Darkness role playing universe, in which players take on the role of ancient vampires known as a Methuselahs.
Considered mere legend by many, Methuselahs rule everything from the shadows, engaging in an eons-long Machiavellian conflict that encompasses political, social, and even physical warfare. The struggle is won or lost based on the actions taken by your minions – younger vampires who unknowingly do your bidding. In this way, the game can allow for deep and immersive storytelling as your minions purchase equipment, hire retainers, even suggest legislative changes to vampiric society, all in the service of your dark plots.
VTES is the second card game designed by Richard Garfield (designer of Magic the Gathering, Netrunner, and others). It was created in 1994 to avoid some of the flaws that Garfield found in Magic. It also has a multiplayer gameplay experience more in keeping with a boardgame than a traditional card game – VTES is a circular elimination-style game played by 2-5 Methuselahs and games can last up to 2 hours.
If you’ve demoed with us before, haven’t played in ages, love the gothic / punk themes of the 90s or are just looking for something new - we’d love to meet you.
There are some adult themes, so please leave the munchkins at home. We do have a few younger players, so anybody over 15 is welcome.1 attendee
