RE-ENERGIZE THE SPIRIT
In a world of increasing chaos and noise,
there is a growing need for spaces where
individuals can go to quiet the mind.
The meditation centers and retreat spaces of the
Brahma Kumaris are reflective environments.
They are places where one can detach from
the daily pressures of life, re-energize the
spirit, and reconnect with the self.
The BK meditation center in Miami offers classes and courses on different meditation topics such as inner peace, clarity of mind, and positive thinking. Classes are sometimes full even though the are no RSVPs on MeetUp as the center has been here for 25 years.
**All classes and lectures are FREE OF CHARGE as a service to our community.
**Classes also available in Hollywood and Key Biscayne.
