Float your cares away during this most relaxing time of day! from 9:00-10:55 am, adults age 18 and older can swim, sun or paddle around the Beach on an inner tube. No one under age 18 will be permitted inside the Beach until 11:00 am.

Adult float guests may remain in the facility for the day’s open swim- i usually stick around a bit to dry off and you are welcome to join

Please bring your own float! I have 1-2 extra but please comment below if you need me to bring it for you. Please try to arrive a few minutes early as lines can be long. Feel free to pack snacks or drinks, they also have a concession stand. If it looks like there will be bad weather I will call it at least one hour before- if it’s too cool for swimming but no rain we can pivot to grabbing coffee and taking a walk in the downtown area instead.

Hi everyone!
I am officially cleared for teaching parties at Rising Goddess, where I do my pole and aerial classes. I’m excited to share with you all 🥰

In order to do a 90 min party with two apparatuses (pole and hammocks) the minimum required headcount is 8 people at $55 per person.

Please RSVP if you are interested, if we reach that minimum I will then update the post with a method to pay and a due date so that I can provide our deposit to the studio and lock in this day and time.

Parties are absolutely beginner friendly, no prior experience or fitness level required and there’s lots of time for fun pictures!

Another installment of books and brunch. I saw something on Instagram where a book club voted “blindly” on their next book based on unhinged one star reviews only, and thought it looked silly/an interesting way to change things up. So, if you would like to suggest a book here are your steps:

1. go to goodreads or wherever and sort by one star reviews

2. pick a review that describes your book badly

3. post only the review as your comment below

4. If your comment gets the most likes, be prepared to comment or message me with the actual book title so I can update the event (so keep track of what you suggested!)

Example:
If I’m recommending the lord of the rings, which is actually highly rated at 4.54 stars, I would post this one star review I found as a comment “can be described as walking, walking, a bit of fighting, walking, walking, anguish” or “save time, watch the movies”, and we will pick based on only that information.

If this sounds dumb let me know and I’ll change it 😅
