Harassment Policy
The following procedure will be followed by Forest City Fun And Friendship Organizers in addressing complaints of harassment (engaging in a course of mean or disturbing comments or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome) by a member about another member:
In the event of accusations of harassment by and about a FCF&F member, the Organizers for FCF&F will ask for
· screenshots of any written verbal abuse
· name(s) of witness(es) that can verify offensive comment(s) made at an event
· name and method of contact for the offending member
Once the complaint(s) has been verified, consequences shall include a warning to potential expulsion from the group.

I have booked a hotel room on the pool deck so we will have a space to change and a spot for snacks.
The Pool is open until 10pm
The restaurant at the hotel, Shelly's Tap and Grill is open until 10pm if anyone wants to go for dinner before the pool write it in the comments.
