We will meet in the park for a fun photo scavenger hunt with host provided prompts or you can go off topic to take your own pics on your camera or camera phone.

We will have a brief greeting in the beginning and can break off in groups or on own and then meet back towards the end to share photo finds, if you choose to.

After, there is Len’s ice cream stand in walking or with a separate parking lot up the hill from where we are meeting. They also have fried food there and public restrooms.

Open to all levels of photographers. Meant to be fun, try out your skills or discover a new hobby.

There are 2 entrances to the park, we will meet near the carousel street side, which looks out towards the pictured view. There is a parking lot which is also near the dog park. Dogs welcome to join on the adventure. There is also free street parking.

7th stop- 171 Atwells Ave. Chef Ho’s Chinese restaurant

This location is on the right side of Federal Hill after Our’s Restaurant. You might be able to get free parking on Broadway if that is not too far a walk. There is a paid lot next door. It is also on the RIPTA public bus route.

You may want to bring cash for your order, if we all end up on one bill. Sometimes that helps with the process if we all end up on one bill. Plus consider tax/tip with calculations.

For our max group allowance, they said they can do 2 tables of 8. They are more typically for takeout orders, so we will probably have run on the place. They did say dining in may be slightly higher than printed menu to cover cost of linens.

FYI- runs 8:30-3:30pm to cheer on our friends and check out the exciting races for the Dragon Boat 25th year competition as part of September’s Pawtucket Arts Festival. This is a public event.

Since these are ongoing rounds, I am posting as a FYI. Drop in anytime. The landing area is small so there is a free shuttle to the area or you can park down the street and walk to the area where you will find the team getting ready and competing.

If you do want to post in the comments if you are there we can look for you. Go or stay as long as you are able. Rain or shine.

In addition to the races for us to cheer for there will be a special 10 drum percussion group,
Dumpling eating contest ($20),
Lion dancers and food trucks.

If there are more than 4-5 of us, they prefer our orders to be on one bill. Sometimes the tip will automatically be added, so we will need to lookout it to make sure it is covered.
