Imagine it's Saturday morning.
A few cars start pulling into the parking lot.
One guy unloads a rucksack and tightens the straps.
Another throws on a CamelBak.
One woman shows up alone, a little nervous because she's never been to anything like this before.
Another guy is going ultralight and carrying absolutely nothing except a water bottle.
One person is a nurse coming off a long week.
One is a veteran.
One is a teacher.
One is a banker.
One guy weighs 280 pounds and is trying to get his health back.
One woman ran a marathon last month.
A few people have known each other for years.
Most have never met before.
By noon, they'll all know each other's names.
At 9:00 AM we head out for an easy nature jog through the fields and trails.
Nobody gets left behind.
Some people run.
Some jog.
Some walk.
Nobody cares.
The goal isn't competition.
The goal is movement.
The goal is showing up.
After the jog we'll move into a guided functional fitness workout with options for all fitness levels. Expect a mix of calisthenics, strength training, bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and a few challenges along the way.
Whether you're a beginner looking to get started, a seasoned gym rat, a runner, a bodybuilder, or someone simply looking for positive people and a reason to get off the couch, you'll fit right in.
After the workout, stick around for a few minutes, catch your breath, meet some new people, and enjoy the community.
No memberships.
No mirrors.
No egos.
No pressure.
Just good people getting stronger together.
