Looking to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself? Join us for gentle, restorative yoga sessions designed to help you unwind, release stress, and fully embrace the present moment.
We gather in a calming space to move mindfully, rest deeply, and support one another in cultivating peace and balance. All levels are welcome — whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable during your practice: a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, or water. Meetup locations will be shared with each event posting.
