About us
I will lead a yoga class at the lakefront. I received my 50 hour yin yoga certification in 2017 and my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification in 2019. I have been practicing yoga over 10 years and I have been actively teaching since 2025. I wanted to share that because it’s important for students to know the credentials of who’s teaching is teaching them. This will be beginner friendly and also very accessible to all.
