Reba is a certified yoga teacher and interior designer with over 15 years of personal yoga practice. Her approach is rooted in Iyengar-style Hatha yoga, emphasizing proper alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness. In 2024, she deepened her commitment to the practice by training in Ubud, Bali, where she earned her yoga teacher certification. Reba brings a calm, informative presence to her classes, offering students a grounded space to explore balance, strength, and stillness.
Class Description:
Join us for a mindful and supportive yoga class rooted in the Iyengar tradition. This moderate-intensity session flows at a slower, intentional pace, allowing participants time to focus on proper alignment, posture, and form before transitioning into the next movement. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness, stability, and body awareness—making it ideal for those who want to deepen their practice or learn the foundations of yoga safely. Join Thursday evening for a 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation practice designed to help cultivate mindfulness, ease stress, and anxiety and promote a sense of calm and well-being. Give yourself the gift of the present as you are guided through various mindfulness practices, including breath awareness, body scans, mindfulness of thought, and self-compassion.
For 30 minutes, join in a welcoming and non-judgmental space, with guidance and support throughout the session. All are welcome- no experience necessary. Meditations can be done seated or lying down, whatever is most comfortable. After the meditation, there will be time for reflection and questions.Teacher Bio:
Alexandra Klein is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher trained in mindful self-compassion. First introduced to mindfulness in a therapeutic setting over thirteen years ago, she saw the tremendous potential and impact that mindfulness could bring and committed her life’s purpose to learning and practicing.
Alexandra is deeply committed to her own practice- to living a life in line with her values. As a lifelong student and lover of learning, she is constantly taking courses, reading and engaging with mindfulness and Buddhist psychology. She is extremely dedicated to her own practice, for her benefit and for the benefit of those she teaches. She has completed over 90 days of silent retreat practice (including multiple one-week retreats), leads drop-in meditation practices, volunteers at Insight LA, and has taught numerous six-week introductory classes and heart-based courses. Alexandra meets with her mentor regularly as well as working with a Life Balance strategist. She lives in Los Angeles and is currently working with students one-on-one via Zoom.Qualifications:

Gentle Flow is a 60-minute hybrid practice that weaves together the deep nourishment of Yin with the flowing energy of Vinyasa. We begin in stillness—restorative postures and calming breathwork ease the transition from day to evening, grounding the body and quieting the mind. From there, we move into a heart-centered flow, designed to gently release tension and reconnect you with your inner rhythm.
This evening class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and replenish—balancing strength with surrender, movement with stillness. Leave feeling centered, spacious, and ready for deep rest.Teacher Bio: Stephanie Glover is a yoga teacher, creative, and lifelong student of healing through movement. With a background in Hatha Yoga and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, she guides classes that feel both grounding and expansive. I have been ordained as a Buddhist monk for 20 years and practiced meditation regularly and some period intensively. I have learned in depth knowledge about meditation. I have taught meditation together many years at several meditation centers in US/Canada: at Chicago, Minnesota, Washington State, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia, Vancouver-Canada and now in San Diego by in-person and online means. I have also taught in Thailand, Vietnam, Philippine, Hong Kong, and for a short time in Indonesia and Singapore by in-person mean.

Itinerary: Introduction, Short wisdom talk, Meditation, Q&A with the teacher. I am sharing a very good meditation technique, Dhammakaya. My master is Luang Phor Dhammachayo, the previous abbot of Dhammakaya temple in Thailand. I will share an effective meditation which gives good result for beginners, intermediate and higher levels. The right way to practice is your body and mind must be relaxed. Then let go all thoughts and concerns and let these conditions stay for a period. You will feel of good results that happening themselves within. It sounds simple and easy. I would remind and guide you toward this success. Our mind is a wonderful energy thing, and it is powerful. Practicing a right Meditation method will make you understand that hidden energy. It is positive, effective, and supportive to your success in many ways. It is about how to practice properly.
