As sound frequencies ripple through you, layers of tension begin to dissolve.
Your body softens, your energy resets, and your mind finds clarity.
This is more than rest — it’s a return to balance.

✨ What to Expect ✨
Friday Evening: Take just one hour to de-stress from the week, recalibrate your energy, and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to fully enjoy your weekend.
Sunday Evening: One hour just for you to unwind, reflect, and reset. Let the soothing sounds carry you into a new week with clarity and peace.
You’ll be gently cocooned in a hammock beneath the trees, where your body can fully let go. I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation, inviting your nervous system to settle.
Then, the healing tones of Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls will begin to ripple through the forest air — merging with the soft sounds of rustling leaves and birdsong.
This is a sensory journey of deep rest, sound healing, and connection with nature.

🧺 What to Wear & Bring• Wear loose, comfortable clothing – think soft layers you can relax in.
• I’ll provide a blanket and an eye mask for your comfort.
• Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Optional: you’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel cosy – a warm shawl, fluffy socks, or your favourite crystal.
🌧️ What If It Rains?
No need to worry — we’ll be safely tucked under the stretch tent, lying on yoga mats, warm and dry.
The sound of the rain will become part of the experience, adding a natural layer of calm to the sound journey — like nature’s own percussion.
Rain or shine, you’ll be held in stillness and sound.

Monday Evening Yoga
My Ashram Yoga Studio, Stanford Farm, Ash Road, Pirbright, GBMonday Evening Yoga
Each Monday evening, I gently guide you through a short meditation at the start of class to help quieten the mind and centre your energy, allowing you to arrive fully on your mat before we begin moving.
The yoga flow we practise includes a balanced mix of stretching and strengthening, working through different areas of the body. I am always here to support you, offering adaptations and options so that the poses feel accessible and supportive for your body.
No previous yoga experience is needed. We move intuitively, listening to what our bodies are able to do that week — honouring where we are rather than where we think we “should” be.
You never need to feel flexible enough to do yoga. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about turning up for yourself, meeting your body with awareness and kindness. By listening inwards, we gently unravel tension, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at ease.
We meet every Monday and Wednesday evening 7.15pm-8.30pm or

Bond & Build: Mum and Baby Yoga for Strength & Confidence
My Ashram Yoga Studio, Stanford Farm, Ash Road, Pirbright, GBA welcoming safe space to build a sense of community with other mums, who live nearby to Woking or Guildford, where you can make friends and feel supported.
A practise to help realign and strengthen your body while providing space to restore your energy levels
A practice to strengthen your core muscles by concentrating on your pelvic floor and gently activating your abdominal muscles that may have separated.
A practice to realign and strengthen your body after vaginal, caesarean, forceps or long induction births.
Deeply relaxing stretches to create space for the shoulders, neck and hip muscles to open and release.
Come join us,
Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, nappy changing, crying babies and crying mums all welcome!!
