Over the next several weeks, we will be working with our Chakra system.
Our chakras ('centers of energy in the astral spine'- Ananda.org)he Chakras and their Functions', chakras "control and energize our major and vital organs. As well as affect our psychological and spiritual conditions."
In this series, we will experience both healing and activation of each chakra, which will accelerate our spiritual development and evolution.
Tonight, we will work with the Naval Chakra.
In Pranic healing, the 12-chakra system includes the naval chakra.
The naval chakra is located at the naval or belly button.
It has eight petals and is made up of yellow, green, blue, red, violet, and a little orange prana (chi).
According to the book, The Chakras and their Functions (MCKS), this chakra creates a gold-colored prana, which helps the etheric body draw in prana, or air prana, from our surroundings. If this chakra is not functioning well, we become weak and lose our vitality.
You can look at it as a golden ball of light surrounded by rainbow colors.
It is the center of instinct for knowing, or your ‘gut instinct’.
It also energizes the large intestines and the appendix. It affects the speed of birth and general vitality.
When this chakra is injured or malfunctioning, you could develop problems with general vitality, digestion, difficulty in giving birth, and stomach ulcers.
This healing meditation will focus on clearing, healing, and balancing the naval chakra.
As always, we will be calling on the Arcturian healing frequencies with the support and guidance of our higher selves, our guardian angels, and the Divine.
