Dear cyclist, let's do another leisure ride from Coney island to Owl's Head Park and back.
Most of the time we will be riding by the green trail along the bay.
We will enjoy the beautiful sunset by passing different rivers, bridges and different parks.This is a loop ride.

Well, verticals, it's finally time to do something long and grueling to unlock your potential.
We will walk from GW bridge to Cuomo bridge and come back by the train back to the city.
We will enjoy the beautiful view on the Hudson river, beaches, waterfall, marinas and piers.
We will pass different parks and will have lunch by trai.You can join and leave us at any time!

Dear verticals, it's time for the most exciting ride of the year through unforgettable Taconic Hereford.
We will have numerous stops and possibly visit the lake.
After the ride we might have dinner in a nearby restaurant.Keep in mind that this trail is hilly.

Total distance: about 35 miles from Poughkeepsie station or 12 miles from Taconic Hereford State Park parking.
Please bring enough water and food for a day.
Some might drive to the Taconic Hereford directly, so ask in group if they have space for you and your bike.

Time for some bush walk verticals! This time we will go to Dover Stone Church and Nellie Hill preserves.
We will pass through rivers, creeks, waterfall, cave and have a lunch by the top of the mountain.
If we will have enough time we will visit Roger Perry Memorial preserve as well.
