The Next Level Yoga Community was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, travel/retreats, and community. My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community!
No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you!
Our Beach Yoga classes are held every Sunday at 6:30 AM on Gulfstream Park Beach 4489 N Ocean Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33483!
What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
There is no fee $ for class.
All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME.
There is a large parking lot for you to park in for free. Simply walk up the path from the parking lot and you will see the group on the sand to the right as you walk off the steps. Very easy to find and lots of space.

Step into a dynamic 4-week experience designed to awaken your strength, improve mobility, and create deeper freedom in your body. Energize & Decompress blends invigorating vinyasa flow with targeted Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques — a powerful, science-backed method to liberate tight muscles and fascia.
This series is perfect for students who want mindful movement and intentional release work. Each class weaves together breath-driven flow, strength-building sequences, and strategic MFR to help you reset, recharge, and walk away feeling stronger, more open, and more connected to your body.
Each week features a different theme and focused area of the body:
Week 1 – Ignite & Open the Upper Body Build heat through energizing shoulder and upper-back sequences, strengthening postures, and heart-opening transitions. Then ease into targeted MFR for the shoulders, neck, and upper spine to dissolve stiffness, expand mobility, and support deeper, more powerful breath.
Week 2 – Root, Strengthen & Restore the Lower Body Strengthen your foundation with active lower-body vinyasa flow designed to wake up your legs, refine balance, and build stability. We’ll follow the work with MFR for the feet, calves, quadriceps, and hamstrings to support fluid movement and grounded awareness.
Week 3 – Unlock Power in the Hips Flow through dynamic hip-opening transitions that challenge strength and mobility while building stamina and heat. Then soften into slow, targeted MFR to unwind the glutes, outer hips, and IT band — helping you unlock tension, increase range of motion, and move with greater freedom.
Week 4 – Integrate Through the Spiral Lines Experience a rotational vinyasa flow that integrates your entire body through the diagonal spiral lines of fascia. We’ll pair twists, stabilizing postures, and full-body transitions with complementary MFR to unwind rotational tension and enhance balance and alignment from head to toe.

Unwind & Release blends the soothing, mindful movements of Gentle Yoga with the targeted self-massage techniques of Myofascial Release (MFR) — an accessible, science-backed method to relieve tight muscles and fascia. Whether you’re new to yoga, curious about MFR, or simply craving deeper relaxation, this beginner-friendly series will give you tools to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling lighter, freer, and more at home in your body.
Each week we’ll focus on a different area of the body and a theme for stress relief:
Week 1 – Release the Weight of the World Learn the basics of MFR while melting away tension in the shoulders, neck, and back. Gentle heart-opening poses paired with targeted MFR will help you stand taller, breathe more freely, and begin building confidence in these new self-care techniques.
Week 2 – Soften & Ground Connect to your breath and create a sense of safety in your body. We’ll release tension from the feet, calves, quadriceps, and hamstrings — your foundation for posture, balance, and overall stability.
Week 3 – Free the Hips, Free the Mind Let go of the deep-seated stress stored in the hips. You’ll use yoga postures and MFR to release the glutes, outer hips, and IT band for more ease and mobility.
Week 4 – Spiral into Balance Experience the interconnectedness of your entire body as we work along the spiral lines of fascia — the fascial pathways that wrap diagonally around the body, linking the head to the feet and the left side to the right.
Through gentle yoga and targeted MFR, we’ll release rotational tension, improve stability, and integrate the work from previous weeks. You’ll leave feeling more aligned, balanced, and deeply connected from head to toe.
