About us
Most of us know the feeling of being in a room full of people and still feeling completely alone. Or the opposite, a brief conversation that suddenly feels real, where something in you relaxes because you're actually being met.
This group is a space to practice that kind of contact. Not networking, not small talk, real encounter. Drawing on dialogical philosophy (Buber), person-centered work (Rogers), and emotion-focused approaches, we explore what it takes to be truly present with another person, and enjoy real connection.
We meet in two ways:
— Online sessions (in English, open to anyone, anywhere): dialogue, and paired exercises exploring presence, connection and themes like loneliness.
— In-person workshops (Nijmegen area): the same themes, worked through more experientially and embodied, in ways that require physical presence.
This is not therapy. It's a space to explore and practice authentic contact together.
Hosted by Francisco, a therapist based in Nijmegen working with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and relational/emotional neglect.
