What we’re about
This is an inclusive group for 50+ people of all backgrounds. All are welcome! Focused on nature appreciation and scenic hiking, our default is a pace of about 2 to 2.5 miles per hour. It's just as much about the journey as the destination. We take time to smell flowers, listen to birds, and enjoy views. We also sometimes visit cultural locations such as art museums. We are based in Marin and Sonoma County, and occasionally schedule events in San Francisco.
We don't have a membership fee but will accept contributions to help cover the MeetUp fee paid by the organizers ($299 annually). Any $ beyond $299 will be donated to Point Reyes National Seashore Association.
