• Self-sabotage patterns they can’t seem to break (relationships, money, food, procrastination).
• Chronic anxiety or emotional overwhelm, even if they look high-functioning on the outside.

• Struggles with boundaries, people-pleasing, or overgiving, especially in caregiving or service-based roles.

• Carrying trauma or pain that hasn’t been fully addressed — and they know talk therapy isn’t enough anymore.

Until we face the Inner war that is inside of us, is when the outer war ends. For decades we have been blaming outside society that it’s not right, many systems are not working, the schools are full of politicians, food costs are high, and my partner doesn’t believe what I believe anymore, can't attract your dream job... We can sit here all day talking about what’s right and what’s not and how It's everything outside of me. The truth of the matter is, that while these are subjects of truth as we see it, we need to start the inner work. We need to take a U-TURN back within ourselves...
