Online hatha yoga class!
Want to do a structured hatha yoga session by a certified teacher from the comfort of your own home? Want to feel more relaxed? Want to grow more self awareness and connection? Then I got your back! I am planning online hatha yoga sessions on Sunday at 12AM for 4 weeks! Since I have recently completed my hatha yoga teaching training, I am only asking €50 :)
Before attending, it would be best to first have a zoom call so that we can get to know each other a little bit better. This is not necesassry though,
If you are interested, but can't make it sunday 12AM, let me know which dates you prefer! That way, I know to plan the next date and timing according to when most people are available. I can also do a 1-on-1 session for €25.
I can also do chair yoga for €10 in group setting and €15 for 1-on-1.
