About the Instructor: Victoria
Victoria is an experienced yoga and sound healing facilitator, blending mindful movement with the ancient art of Tibetan singing bowls. Her sessions are designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and experience deep inner harmony.
Note: the class will be taught in English and Russian, but don’t worry — it’s easy to follow, even if English or Russian isn’t your first language.
