The friendliest human pretzel making on a Sunday morning 🥨🥰

We gather at 10:00 AM for a quick warmup (everyone on their own) and then start the timer with 5-minute rounds and 30-60s rests. About 90% of people roll No-Gi. If you want to bring your Gi, make sure to reach out to someone to coordinate before you arrive.

Since this Sunday afternoon is going to be very hot ☀️ we decided to switch up our usual outdoor Sunday Stroll for something a bit cooler and indoors.

We’re heading to the unique Žižkostel for "MY TADY ŽIJEME" (We Live Here) - a relaxed community festival celebrating different cultures through LIVE MUSIC, DANCE, and FOOD. The lineup features a solid mix of locals, international bands and DJs. 🌍🎵
