Over time, as you iterated, it gained some “product fat”:
- Features have low adoption and/or are hard to maintain.
- The story has become harder: the “who” you serve is unclear.
In this panel, we’ll hear from local product leaders how they trimmed “product fat”:
- What the product was + their role.
- What “product fat” they uncovered.
- How they influenced their leadership team to cut it. (Features they killed? Positioning/strategy they revamped?)
- What they learned.
