João Moita, Founder of Product Circle
João Moita is the founder of Product Circle, a curated community and events brand for product managers and leaders, with full-day gatherings across 16 cities in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. With an aerospace engineering background and experience in Product Management and consulting, he works with companies and individuals on practical AI adoption inside product teams. His focus is on the human, organizational, and strategic shifts that determine whether AI actually lands inside product organizations.

Human Advantage in the Age of AI

Product teams have more tools, data, and AI support than ever. Yet many still struggle to make good decisions and build the right products. The real constraint is no longer execution. It's what happens when leaders are under pressure, lack clear answers, and feel they need to appear confident and in control. In this talk I share what I see as the human advantage: leaders who are open about uncertainty, invite challenge, and surround themselves with trusted peers make better decisions earlier, surface problems sooner, and build teams where ownership is real. AI raises the baseline of delivery. When speed becomes a given, leadership behaviour is the differentiator.

Caio Arruda, Director of Product at Sixt
Caio Arruda leads the platform that 50+ services in 13 countries use to manage the vehicle lifecycle, from buying a car through running it and selling it on. Previously Head of Product, Design & Engineering at Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions, he led a 30+-person organization spanning 6 cross-functional product teams. His focus is the leadership product teams actually need, the styles, decisions, and everyday craft that decide whether good people get to do the best work of their careers.
