Who is this for?
Designers, design engineers, product people — and anyone who has already tried vibe coding and thought: wait, is this becoming part of my actual job?
AI is changing not only the tools we use, but the line between designing and building. In 2026, 35% of individual-contributor designers already spend at least half of their building time working with AI-generated code, and 59% have built their own AI-powered tool or app in the last six months.
What's the format?
No presentations and no workshop this time. We’ll meet, grab a drink, and talk about how our workflows are actually changing: Figma vs. code, vibe coding, design engineering, what we’re building ourselves, what works — and what absolutely doesn’t.

Hosted by Projector Global Community by @prjctr_institute, in collaboration with UaHub, this workshop is designed for anyone interested in building digital products with AI — from developers and designers to product professionals and entrepreneurs. No advanced coding experience is required.
Together, we’ll explore:
• How to turn an idea into a clear product structure and MVP
• How to use AI coding tools throughout the development process
• How to build and test a working product step by step
• How to prepare your product for deployment and further developmentThis is a practical workshop, so expect less theory and more hands-on work. We’ll go through the key stages of building an MVP with AI and create a solid foundation you can continue developing after the session.
Speaker:
David Townsend is a cybersecurity expert and manager, former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, and currently pursuing a PhD at King’s College London.
