Our group partners with Nova Yoga to provide you an experience that transforms the way you see and feel the world around you. Through carefully planned retreats, trainings, classes and events, we give you the tools to experience the magic of the present moment and dive deeper into your unique natural bliss.
This includes learning to be still and accepting yourself exactly as you are. We believe you don't need to add anything to your being, but rather take away the build-up of stress, expectations and limiting beliefs impressed on us throughout our lives.

Because something shifts when you step out of your everyday life and into nature. Your shoulders drop. Your breath deepens. The noise in your head starts to soften.
That's what this day is about — not another thing to manage, not another person to show up for. Just you, moving your body in the open air, making something with your hands, sitting still long enough to actually hear yourself think. And sharing a meal with people who get it.You'll drive home Sunday evening feeling lighter, calmer, and quietly proud of yourself for saying yes.
What we'll do together
- Morning vinyasa yoga on the grass — all levels, no experience needed
- Guided indigo dye & shibori art workshop led by artist River
- Shared vegetarian lunch
- Afternoon restorative yoga, breathwork & meditation
- Time to simply be — in nature, in good company
