About us
Build Community through Yogic practices that support well-being and nurture connection with self and others. Here through the practices of Breathwork (Pranayama) and mindfulness you are guided to connect to your own inner guide. This group is for anyone curious of learning and nurturing a Yoga practice all your own and building Community through Yoga.
Park Yoga offered weekly on Thursday from 9a-10a. Locations alternate between Prospect Park in Redlands and Aurantia Park in Highland. Please check flyers for upcoming dates.

Restoring Ease: Sacred Rest

This restorative workshop is designed to support us in cultivating rest, regulation, and healing through supportive yoga and guided meditation practices.Together, we will create space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through guided meditation, restorative yoga, and intentional rest, participants will be invited to explore practices that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of inner safety.
In a world that often asks us to stay in survival mode, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, exhale, and receive the nourishment of collective care.
Our time together will close with a guided meditation to support integration, grounding, and restoration.
You are invited to come exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded, restored, and connected to both yourself and the collective healing that becomes possible in community.
