Let's get-together for cycling excursions around Redwood Shores. Standard meet-up at Public Parking Lot near Oracle every Saturday and Sunday, generally at 9am for Group Riding. Fluid route(s) can accommodate a variety of skill levels and distances. Plus there are a few planned leisurely excursions throughout the cycling season. In training? Buddy up!

Belmont Caltrain Station, 995 El Camino Real, Belmont, CA, USSVBC is hosting a ride along El Camino Real
To tag along, we will:
- take Caltrain to Santa Clara start point: Belmont #602 @ 8:32am*
- arrive Santa Clara Transit Center around 9:07 and get checked-in
- ride along SVBC path: 17miles
- ride from end of their route, i.e. Menlo Park to Oracle: +9milesAbout 26 miles total for us. Lunch afterwards if anyone interested.

Scenic Sunday with some "climbing" as Group allows. No rider left behind - ride at your own pace.
Most uphill section is to Camp Sawyer Trail South. If group has had enough, will turn around.
Otherwise, will continue on to Pulgas Water Temple - mild uphill.Bring snacks and water. Multiple restrooms.

The 50th Sequoia Century
Foothill College, 12345 El Monte Rd, Los Altos Hills, CA, USJoin the Western Wheelers Bicycle Club for the 50th running of The Sequoia, a thrilling cycling experience set amidst the captivating coastal mountains and redwood forests of the San Francisco Bay Area. There are a variety of course options ranging from a gently rolling 43 mile Fun ride to a hilly Century ride. All routes traverse the most scenic roads this area has to offer.
For gravel bike enthusiasts, new this year is an 80-mile course that contains 12 miles (15%) on packed dirt roads or trails. Limited to 49 riders and ebikes are not allowed. Be sure to register early before this option sells out.
To date, the Western Wheelers Bicycle Club has donated over $95,000 from The Sequoia to Coastside charities and cycling organizations.

The 75 mile Challenge, 7,900 ft climb
