Reiki for Relaxation, Balance and Joy

Join us in person August 9 for the Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 training class. In this training you will be empowered with Holy Fire Reiki energy through the Level 1 attunement.

The focus of Level 1 is learning Reiki self-practice for releasing stress, boosting your immune system and awakening your body's own ability to heal on all levels. You will also practice the techniques for giving Reiki to others.

This online class is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, including: students, nurses, parents, teachers, coaches, artists, therapists, body workers, entrepreneurs and engineers... everyone!

Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 classes are small (limited to 6 students) and open to all. NO prior experience is needed. You will receive everything you need to become a Reiki Level 1 practitioner in this class:

• The energy channels in your body and spirit will be opened up to the pure, healing energy and unconditional love of Holy Fire Reiki.
• Through a day of instruction, discussion, guided meditation, practice and a number of breaks you will receive healing as you learn to be a healer.
• You will leave this 8-hour training a Usui/Holy Fire III Level 1 practitioner, certified and empowered to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and pets.

Consider joining us online for a Holy Fire® Reiki circle to experience how Holy Fire World Peace Reiki helps release anxiety and stress and restores focus, peace and ease. This session includes a Reiki-infused meditation, a chance to connect with a community of other Reiki-interested people, shared Reiki healing, and information how best to connect to Reiki energy yourself.

All are welcome! No prior Reiki or meditation experience needed. All you need is a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie down to experience this unique form of meditation and group healing energy. Connecting with others makes being camera-ready a plus, although it's not a requirement.

Reiki Master Teacher Gail Christie will lead this Reiki share circle. She will facilitate the Reiki-guided meditation and invites all those with distance Reiki training to join her in sending Reiki peace and healing to the group and to the planet.

The password will be available in a private message to all registered attendees. PLEASE NOTE: Each person needs to make a reservation under their own name to be admitted from the waiting room.
