- HEART SHARING CIRCLE - A place of awareness, connection and transformationLink visible for attendees
Heart Sharing Circle is a facilitated space where we take turns to share with the “circle” exactly what is going on for us right now. Our whole human experience (beautiful and messy as it is) is welcomed, celebrated and shared through listening and speaking our stories from the heart. There will be a topic offered at the start – you may choose to use this as an inspiration for your share or you may choose to speak about something else which is wanting to be shared.
When we speak from the heart (this involves being aware, honest and clear) about what is alive for us in this moment and when we attentively listen with the heart (this involves being open, curious and non-judgemental) about what is alive for others, our hearts can connect and feelings of acceptance, understanding, honouring and empathy can develop. We realise that both we and others have the need to be seen, heard and, if possible, understood. We realise our universal need to love and be loved.
These transformative realisations and ways of being and communicating have the potential to deepen our relationships within the circle and to bring more honesty, authenticity and clarity to our lives outside the circle.

Making friends can be hard even for the best of us. But this is what this group is all about! Join our online event for a laid-back session of small-group chats. Create meaningful relationships and spend two hours getting to know interesting folks from all walks of life.
This event is a straightforward way to connect on as deep a level as you like and to have some fascinating conversations (in fact, we excel at it! :)) Don't miss out on the chance to expand your social circle from the comfort of your screen.
During the first hour, everybody gets to ask and answer the same number of questions. And don't worry if you're shy or feel like you don't know what to say - optional questions will be provided to make sure everyone gets to speak. After that, you'll still stay in small groups, but the conversation will be more "free-flowing".
