What we’re about
Utah Mountain Biking! We're a group of mountain bikers of all levels based out of the greater Salt Lake City and Wasatch Back areas. We usually have a few evening and night rides each week along with weekend rides. We also have camping trips to places like Moab and Teton Valley. After our rides we usually go out to a restaurant or hangout at the trailhead with drinks and snacks.

OMH (https://odysee.com/@MountainAdventures:2/OMH-Park-CIty:6)- The rocky part in the video is the hardest of three lines at that spot. If I redo this video I may put all three in there somehow.
Ride Level
This is an advanced beginner ride, so if you are worried about holding other up, don't worry about it on this ride. As you long as you have biked some singletrack with rocks, this ride is for you. The flow trails are easy intermediate trails. Any advanced riders that come are expecting it and are looking for a laid back ride. Plus the best way to get better is go with people that are faster than you.Meeting Spot
The trailhead is on the way up to the Olympic Park on the right side. The trailhead on the left is for dogs and usually fills up first.

Road to Wos + No Worries Loop
We’ll start this ride on Shortstack, then head up Road to Wos, a scenic climb with sweeping views and steady elevation. Midway up, we’ll take a detour onto No Worries, a super fun out-and-back trail with fast, flowy lines and a playful vibe. After climbing back out of No Worries, we’ll finish the Road to Wos loop and descend back down to the car via Shortstack.
This route is perfect for intermediate riders—expect smooth singletrack, moderate climbs, and a mix of flow and mild tech. We’ll ride at a steady pace and regroup at key points so no one gets left behind.***

Mueller Park – Rudy’s, North Canyon & Maple Syrup Loop
We’ll kick things off by climbing up Mueller Park Trail all the way to the top of Rudy’s Flat. From there, we’ll drop into North Canyon Trail, a fast, fun descent with some technical bits and tight turns. After connecting to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, we’ll ride back toward Mueller and climb again—this time linking into the newer Maple Syrup trail for a playful descent. From there, we’ll finish things off with Hornet and cruise back to the lot.
This route includes sustained climbing, fast descents, and plenty of flow with sections of technical trail. It’s ideal for intermediate riders with solid bike handling skills and the fitness to handle a longer loop. We’ll ride as a group but stop to regroup at intersections and key junctions.Meet at the meeting point at 7:30 PM. Wheels rolling shortly after.
***
What to Bring:
- Good attitude and solid legs
- Night riding lights (mandatory!)
- Helmet and a reliable bike
- Gloves and a light jacket
- Water and a snack for the top
- Pads optional, but a good idea for the descents
We’ll ride at a social pace, but expect a workout on the climbs and some speed on the descents. Regroup spots will give everyone a chance to catch up.
Post-ride hangout: Bring a chair and a drink if you want to chill at the lot afterward. I’ll be in a charcoal Tesla so you can find me.
